職位描述：
職責描述：
1.協助QA負責公司質量管理體系的完善、維護和改進；
2.按照公司體系文件、SOP及項目QA計劃對臨床試驗項目進行稽查；
3.確保臨床試驗按照試驗方案、GCP（或ICH-GCP）及公司體系和SOP要求執行；
4.隨時關注行業相關法規的更新并定期組織公司員工進行GCP和SOP培訓；
5.結合項目的稽查情況，提出不適合項的增改，完善和改進臨床項目QA的SOP；
6.監督和跟蹤臨床部門不符合項改進措施的落實情況；
7.完成部門主管安排的其他工作。
任職要求：1.本科及以上學歷，醫藥相關專業；
2.具有CRA/CRC兩年以上工作經驗優先；
3.熟悉CFDA、FDA相關法規和指導原則；
4.工作嚴謹細致，具備較高的邏輯思維能力、溝通能力和執行能力；
5.具有較好的文字撰寫能力，能獨立編寫文件、熟練使用office辦公軟件；
6.能夠適應出差。
