-Preparationofpre-contractcostestimatesandprojectcash-flow.

編制合同前的造價估算與項目現金流;

-Preparationoftenderdocumentation

編制招標文件;

-Tenderingprocessandtenderevaluation

招標工作與評標;

-Post-contractadministrationandmanagement–contractdocumentation,valuationofprogresspayment,variationassessment,andcostcontrolreport

合同后管理:合同文件、進度款估價、變更估算及造價控制報告;

-Finalizationofprojectfinalaccounts

完成項目最終結算賬目;
