JobDescription(KeyResponsibilities):

·ProvidesupporttotheProjectManager,andassistindeliveringsmallsizedprojects,andprofessionalassignments,

ineithernewbuildorliveoperatingbusinessenvironments.

為項目經理提供支持,在新建或現存的商業環境中,協助項目和專業的任務

·SiteDocumentcontrol;

現場文件管理;

·Draftsitemeetingminutesandreport;

現場會議紀要和項目報告;

·AbilitytotakeasimplebrieffromaProjectManagerandhelpdeliverprojectsolutionsthatsupporttheproject

outcome.

能從項目經理處概括信息,幫助實施項目的解決方案

·Provideprojectactivitycoordination,reviewingallcurrentandplannedprojectactivity,trackingresourcesassigned

toeachproject,andliaisonwithcustomerstoensureminimalimpacttoClient.

協調項目活動,審查所有現行和計劃中的項目活動,追蹤分配到各個項目的資源,與客戶保持聯系以確保對客戶的影響最小化

·Assessmentofprojectdeliverysuccessfromanoperationalandcustomerperspective.

從運營和客戶方面評價項目交付

職責描述:

-Providereliabilityofcostingdataateachphasesindependently,andtoallinternalcustomers(programmanagers,sitemanagers,sales/purchasingmanagers)ofthedivision

-CompletecostingBOMduringacquisitionphase;focusonmaterialcost(BOP),evaluateprocesscostalsosupportdesigntocostactivities&providerecommendationtoimproveprofitability

-Setcosttargetsfornew&modifiedpurchasedcomponents(piecepriceandtoolingcost)

-EvaluateECRcostassessmentduringprogramphase

-Providesupportduringsuppliernegotiationsthroughanalysisofsupplier’spricebreakdowndetailand/or“shouldcost”analysis

-Seriallife(VA/VEactivities)

-Ensureprogramcostingproceduresareimplementedandfollowed

-Ensurethatcostingprocedureareimplemented,andtoolsused

-Providecostingrisk/opportunitiesanalysistothemanagementofthedivisionandperprogram

-Supplieraudit

-Involveinspecialcostingprojectwhenrequired

-CompliancetoCodeofEthicsandCodeofManagement

任職要求:

-Strongabilitytotakegreatpressure,willingtotravelthroughChina.

-Atleast1yearspracticalexperiencesinautomotivecostingfunction,preferablyinforeignenterpriseorjointventureinamanufacturingenvironment
