眼科手術崗位職責

職責描述:

眼科手術護士

1.負責手術前的訪視,手術的接待、安置等準備工作和手術后的整理工作;

2.認真執行各項規章制度和技術操作規程,督促檢查手術人員的無菌操作,嚴防差錯事故;

3.保持手術室整潔、肅靜,調節空氣和保持室內適宜的溫度;

4.負責手術后病人的包扎、保暖、護送和手術標本的保管和送檢;

5.對于客戶進行術前的溝通及心理疏導,保持其良好的狀態;

任職要求:

1、護理專業,有護士資格證,能變更注冊;

2、從事相關護理臨床工作工作1年以上,有二甲以上醫院住院部工作經驗者優先;

3、熟悉手術流程和器械的使用,能熟練配合手術室醫生進行手術

4、有良好的溝通能力和服務意識。
