眼科產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)

崗位職責(zé):

1.負(fù)責(zé)擬制產(chǎn)品線(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略及規(guī)劃,包括產(chǎn)品線(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃、產(chǎn)品線(xiàn)路標(biāo)規(guī)劃、項(xiàng)目組合(3-5年)

2.負(fù)責(zé)行業(yè)、細(xì)分市場(chǎng)、目標(biāo)客戶(hù)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研和信息收集,包括供應(yīng)商、合作伙伴等相關(guān)信息

3.專(zhuān)家教授以及客戶(hù)關(guān)系的管理與維護(hù)

4.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的立項(xiàng)管理;參與產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程的評(píng)審

5.負(fù)責(zé)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情報(bào)的信息收集和分析

6.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品需求管理,及產(chǎn)品需求收集、分析、分發(fā)和制定

7.負(fù)責(zé)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手產(chǎn)品分析

8.組織搜集臨床信息,開(kāi)展臨床評(píng)價(jià)

9.參與產(chǎn)品及包裝需求的分析和設(shè)計(jì)

10.制定產(chǎn)品使用說(shuō)明書(shū)

11.組織對(duì)相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)。

任職資格:

1.本科以上學(xué)歷,專(zhuān)業(yè)臨床、高分子材料、生物工程相關(guān)

2.3年以上眼科醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

3.熟悉研發(fā)流程、熟悉項(xiàng)目管理、熟悉市場(chǎng)管理

4.能熟練使用辦公軟件,有駕照,能接受短期出差。
