2.Coordinateannualandmid-yearPerformanceReviewprocessandworkwithclients’managementtoensuretheprocessismeaningfulandtopromotePerformanceculture
3.Identifyemployeerelationsissuesandtakeappropriateactiontoavoidproblemsormaximizeopportunitiesbyworkingwithmanagementtoeffectivelyresolveemployeesrelationsissuesandtodevelopperformanceimprovementplanswhennecessary
4.Becomeaninfluentialchangeagentindevelopingemployees’capabilitiesanddynamismasahigh-performanceleadershiporganization
5.Developingandimplementingbest-practiceHRprocessandoperationswithregardtoorganizationalplanning,performancemanagement,recruiting,andsuccessionplanning
6.UtilizeandenhanceHRinformationsystemtoensureHRdataaccuracy
7.MaintainanddevelopHRprocess,policyandguidelinesintheareasofstaffing,employeerelations,compensationandbenefits,HRinformationsystemsandtrainings
MainRequirements:
1.Bachelordegreeorabove,HRrelatedareaispreferable
2.6-yearworkingexperiences,atleast3-yearHRexperienceinFMCG
3.KnowledgeableonCapabilitybuilding/development,andfamiliarwitheachHRmodeli.e.C&Bpractice
4.HadthesuccessfulrecordonProjectmanagement,andcapabilityrelatedispreferable

區域人力資源總監崗位職責
工作職責
1、統籌轄區各城市/項目公司(7-10個)招聘培訓、組織發展、薪酬績效、員工關系等人力資源管理相關模塊工作;
2、負責所轄核心城市公司人力行政部各項工作;
3、所轄城市公司/項目部經理及以下員工招聘、培訓、考核工作;
4、城市公司/項目部人力行政團隊面試、考核及任免建議權。
工作要求
1、全日制本科及以上學歷,30-38歲;
2、五年及以上地產企業(綜合排名前50)區域人力與行政工作經驗,至少2年同等崗位管理經驗,同時具備地產總部工作經驗者尤佳;
3、熟悉房地產企業人力資源管理各模塊及行政管理事宜;
4、獨立負責多項目的人力資源與行政管理工作,具備區域人力行政統籌管理經驗;
5、服從外派及區域內頻繁出差。
