發泡工藝主管REQUIREMENTS要求
?Engineeringdegree,preferablyinmechanicalorchemicalcoupledwith3-5yearsprocessexperience.工程學位,機械或化學專業優先,并有3到5年工藝經驗。
?Supervisory/Managementexperiencewithstrongleadershipskills具有監督/管理能力及很強的領導能力
?Thoroughunderstandingofprocessequipment(automaticcontrols,meteringsystems,mixingsystems,crushers,ovens,etc).對工藝設備(自動控制,測量系統,混料系統,破碎機,鍋爐等)有深入了解
?Strongknowledgeofurethanechemistryanditsprocessing.對聚氨酯化學及其加工有很強的認識。
?Experienceinprojectcoordinationandsupervisorypositions對項目協調及監督性的職位具有一定經驗。
?Abilitytotroubleshootallprocessandproductionequipmentfailureslogicallyandexpediently.
?Goodcomputerskills良好的電腦技能
?KnowledgeofCorporateHS&Epoliciesandpracticesandlegislativerequirements.了解公司健康安全政策,操作和法律法規。

?ResponsibleforthemanagingtheProcessEngineeringfunctionthroughateamofengineersandtechnicians.通過管理工程師和技術員團隊負責管理工藝工程的職能
?Primaryfocusisinthemanufacture&continuousimprovementofRFTpartsthroughProcessinnovation,includingcontrolofchemicalusagevariancesandevaluationofnewmaterialsandmethods.通過控制化學原料用料,評估新原料和新方法進行工藝創新,著重于不斷提高產品的RFT.
?Trainingstaffintechnicalmatters.在技術方面培訓員工

篇2:發泡工藝工程師崗位職責內容
1.生產過程控制,執行工藝規定,監督工藝規范在現場的執行效果。
2.深人生產現場收集數據,分析生產過程的薄弱環節,實施持續改進以提高生產效率,降低制造成本,保證產品質量。
3.各類技術、指導文件的更新完善,各類工藝記錄的保存、分析。
4.新產品項目實施,協助新產品的試制。
5.確保生產過程符合ISO/TS16949JSO14001的相關條款。
