動力傳動崗位職責

動力傳動試驗工程師BYD比亞迪股份有限公司,比亞迪要求:

1、汽車、電氣工程相關專業,本科及以上學歷;

2、3年及以上相關工作經驗;熟悉汽車發動機、變速器的結構原理,具有汽車動力學、內燃機原理及信號處理分析等學科基礎知識;

3、具有一定的計算機繪圖能力,熟悉各類繪圖軟件,能夠看懂產品數模,具有一定的工裝夾具的設計能力優先;

4、能夠看懂汽車電路圖,具有一定的線束接線能力;

工作內容:

1、動力系統產品的耐久試驗及標準研究、試驗大綱的編制;

2、試驗方法的確認和實施(試驗條件、試驗參數、試驗過程步驟的確認);

3、試驗數據的處理分析、試驗方法的改進優化;

4、試驗樣品故障問題的分析處理與跟蹤解決;產品的異常振動、異常聲音的查找和初步測試

5、與其他部門協調,制定合理安排的試驗計劃;

6、試驗的工裝、物料的準備及跟蹤管理;
