職位描述:

工作要求:

1、具備一定的軟件設計經驗,曾參與大型信息系統的系統設計或實施工作;

2、熟悉面向對象技術架構,對當前主流的軟件技術及網絡技術及設計工具有較全面的掌握;

3、有信息系統的咨詢、設計、開發或實施經驗;

4、具備良好的敬業精神與團隊精神,能承受較強的工作壓力。

崗位職責:

1、對主要客戶進行系統建設的咨詢服務,提供相關建設方案并進行現場技術支持;

2、強力推進建設方案在系統開發建設環節的執行,做好項目協調的支持工作;

3、進行項目的招投標、方案設計等全周期的咨詢支持。

職責范圍:

1.BusinessAnalysis

UnderITapplicationdirectororITdevelopmentmanager’sguidanceandsupervision,toworkwithuserstoidentifyandsolvebusinessproblems,analyzebusinessanduserneeds,anddevelopsrecommendationstosolveproblemsandissuesrelatedtobusinessoperations.ResponsibleforoptimizingcorporationbusinessperformancebyenhancingthealignmentbetweenbusinessprocessesandITapplicationplatform.Responsibleforgatheringusers’requirementsandperformingresearchandanalysistosupportbusinessoperations.Determinesbestpracticesandsuggestshowtoimprovecurrentpractices.

2.Systemdevelopment

UnderITdevelopmentmanager’sguidanceandsupervision,tofinalizesystemdetailrequirement,preparethetechnicalfeasibilityforITdevelopmentmanager’sreviewtosolvecomplexproblemsconsideringcomputerequipmentcapacityandlimitations,operatingtimeandformofdesiredresults.Responsibleforprogramdesign,analysis,coding,testing,debugging,anddocumentation.AssistITdevelopmentmanagertoensureallprojectstobedeliveredperschedule,responsibleforcontrollingtheprogrammingquality.StudyanynewITtechnicforbettersystemdevelopmentplatform.

3.SystemSupport

UnderITdevelopmentmanagerguideline,responsibleformonitoringinformationsystemsoperationsandimplementationofanynewdevelopedsystemandmodifications.UnderITdevelopmentdirector/manager’sguidanceandsupervision,toassistmaximizingopportunitiestoutilizesystemdatatoimprovebusinessprocesses.AssistITdevelopmentdirector/managertoimplementbestpractice,monitorthedataintegrityandresolverelatedtechnicissue.教育程度/經驗
