系統分析員職位要求
1.必須理解和明確系統建議、建設單位的經營管理目標及戰略發展方向。
2.要能與組織管理高層一起涉及確定信息系統建設的長期目標,并進行必要的分解。
3.要在詳細調查的基礎上,正確判斷組織內部現狀和外部條件,進行可行性分析。
4.能夠根據現實條件確定組織信息系統開發策略。
5.應具備選擇適宜方法和工具并培訓開發人員的能力。
6.善于溝通,妥善協調決策者、開發人員與業務人員的觀點,達成共識。會用如ROSE等的軟件建模的工具和powerdesign等的數據庫建模工具,相關的UML,數據流程圖及相關的內容的知識。
7.了解信息技術發展,并能建立適合業務需求的技術模型。
8.具備一定的行政管理能力,能夠恰當調度人、財、物等要素,完成開發目標
