篇3:軟件經(jīng)理職位描述與崗位職責任職要求
職位描述：
崗位職責：
1.負責協(xié)議/驅(qū)動軟件研發(fā)部門的技術(shù)平臺建設(shè)和團隊管理工作，搭建高效軟件研發(fā)技術(shù)團隊；
2.對產(chǎn)品軟件研發(fā)過程中各功能模塊設(shè)計進行指導(dǎo)、審核，并對過程進行監(jiān)督、管理；
3.負責部門日常統(tǒng)籌管理，協(xié)調(diào)部門內(nèi)部資源，支持項目開發(fā)，完成開發(fā)任務(wù)；
4.負責制定、維護和更新軟件部門的設(shè)計標準和規(guī)范；
任職要求：
1.全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷，通信、電子、計算機或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)；
2.8年以上大中型通信行業(yè)軟件研發(fā)經(jīng)驗，其中至少3年以上研發(fā)團隊管理經(jīng)驗；
3.具有5年以上軟件實際項目開發(fā)的經(jīng)驗，熟悉軟件開發(fā)流程和軟件測試理論，熟悉軟件開發(fā)瀑布模型、敏捷開發(fā)等之一；
4.熟悉Linux等嵌入式或桌面軟件開發(fā)技術(shù)、C/C++程序設(shè)計語言或3GPP無線通信協(xié)議；
5.擅長團隊管理，溝通協(xié)作能力強，能承受較大的工作壓力；
6.思維清晰，有工作熱情；
7.英語可作為工作語言；
8.有無線通信模塊研發(fā)經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
