2.深入理解Linux系統;

3.精通Python/shell等語言,能熟練編寫監控腳本,運用Django、Pylon等pthyon框架。

4.熟練掌握zabbix、Nginx、Apache、cati等常用運維監控軟件的安裝、配置和管理。

5.能夠熟練排查運維過程中出現的服務故障、系統故障、網絡故障;

6.對自動化運維開發有興趣,有高度的責任感,較強的故障分析及排除能力,善于在工作中學習,能夠承受工作壓力;

7.精通市場上主流監控的監控方式,并熟練掌握監控精髓,會調整監控模板;

8.熟悉JavaScript/html/css者優先考慮,有系統調優經驗者優先考慮;

9.對運維監控軟件有深入研究或者同時熟悉B/S運維系統工具開發的優先考慮
