篇2:制造工藝部主管崗位職責

制造公司工藝部主管崗位職責

本職工作:

1、主要負責審核產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)圖紙的工藝性并負責與有關部門協(xié)調(diào)圖紙的技術問題;

2、在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場指導解決生產(chǎn)中的工藝疑難,保證生產(chǎn)順利進行;

3、負責生產(chǎn)部的工藝編制,工裝設備及模具的設計。組織人員進行技術改造及工裝設備的設計,編制出作業(yè)指導書和工序控制文件,通過小批量產(chǎn)品試制,制定出原材料、勞動力、輔助材料的消耗定額,對每個方案的工藝、工裝進行總結。

直接責任:

1.審核產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)圖紙的生產(chǎn)工藝性,并負責與有關部門協(xié)調(diào)圖紙的技術問題。

2.在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場指導解決生產(chǎn)中的工藝疑難,保證生產(chǎn)順利進行。

3.負責生產(chǎn)部的工藝編制,工裝模具的設計。

4.編制新工藝、新產(chǎn)品的工藝路線,作業(yè)指導書等工序控制文件。

5.編制新產(chǎn)品、新工藝的勞動力及材料消耗定額。

6.工藝、工裝方案的技術總結。

7.新產(chǎn)品新工藝的市場調(diào)研與方案編制。

8.負責完成上級交辦的臨時任務。

1.進行新技術的試制;在試制成功后,在其他工廠相關領域迅速進行推廣和應用。

2.進行現(xiàn)有技術的革新與突破;系統(tǒng)性分析生產(chǎn)運作,改進不合理的生產(chǎn)流程與工藝。

3.組織對現(xiàn)有工藝的分析和提高;支持工廠重大工藝技術問題的解決。
