這四種句型被廣泛地應用在業務應對上。用法如下:
(1)、自己想做某些事情時,用MayI~?想問不知道該不該問的問題時,用MayIknow?

(2)、有求于客人時,用Couldyou~?

以上這類情況如果用Wouldyou~?來問,就變成上級對下級說話的口氣,帶有質問對方的意思,不適合酒店服務人員使用,所以應特別留意。
