1.本科/碩士以上學歷,有扎實的電子電路電磁以及計算機領域的基礎知識,能快速學習/應用新技能。

2.具有3年以上電子電氣類的測試經驗,對高壓射頻和微波的相關測試設備比較了解(高頻示波器,網絡分析儀,時域入射反射分析儀,頻譜儀等等)。

3.有很好的高頻電路知識,能設計簡單高頻電路板。

4.熟練掌握多種工程編程語言,如MATLAB,VB,C++,VHDLorVerilog

5.有一定CAD設計經驗,能熟練使用AltiniumDesigner,AgilentADS,Spice,CST,HFSS,AutoCAD,等軟件

6.具有基本的加工動手能力,如焊接,鉆孔,銑床等等,對基本工業加工知識有廣泛了解的優先。
