職責與要求:

Exercisesengineeringresponsibilityforplanningandcompletionofengineeringprojectswithinareaofassignedresponsibilitybyperformingthefollowingresponsibilities.

SpecificResponsibilities:

具體職能

1.Confirmcustomerapplicationandtechnicalrequirement確認客戶應用及產品技術要求

2.TranslatecustomertechnicalrequirementintoMESengineeringspecification,responsibleforpartlist/BOMbuilding,3Dmodelsand2DPrintscreation,stackupandFEAanalysisasneeded.負責將客戶的技術要求轉化為邁梭電子的工程規范,并制定出產品零件清單,創建三維模型及二維圖紙,并對設計進行尺寸鏈校核及必要的有限元分析

3.Reviewsproductdesignforcompliancewithengineeringprinciples,companystandards,andcustomercontractrequirements,andrelatedspecifications.依據工程原則,公司標準,客戶合同及相關要求組織實施產品設計評審

4.Assistslaunchmanagertocoordinateprototypesordering,samplesbuild,samplessubmissionpackagingpreparationandtechnicalcommunicationtocustomer,supportLMtoorganizeandhostthecoreteammeetingasneeded協助項目經理協調零部件的定購,樣件的制作,客戶樣品提交相關文檔的準備以及與客戶的技術溝通。

5.SupportDVandPVtesting,preparetestplansandworkonissuesresolutions.支持DV和PV測試,準備測試計劃和解決測試中有關問題。

6.Responsibleforresolvingproductdesign,verificationandtestproblems.負責解決產品設計,驗證及測試工作中的問題。

7.Inchargeoftheprototypecomponentsassessment&approval負責零部件樣件狀態評估及認可。

8.FillouttheformsofPR,RFC,ECN,etc.負責填寫材料請購單(PR),RFC及ECN等。

9.Evaluatesandimplementsdesignchanges,specifications,anddrawingreleases.負責評估并執行設計更改,規格說明及圖紙的發行。

10.ProvidedesignproposalandBOMfornewbusinessquotation,responsiblefortechnicalreviewwithcostestimationteamandexternalcustomers為新產品報價提供BOM及設計方案,負責與估價團隊及客戶進行技術交流等。

11.ProvideonsiteproductionsupporttoMES,supplierandcustomerplantasneeded為現生產提供必要的技術支持(包括MES工廠,供應商及客戶現場)。

12.SupportTS16949&ISO14001implementationandcontinuousimprovement.支持TS16949及ISO14001的執行及持續改善。

13.Communicatesandcoordinatesengineeringresponsibilitieswithproductdevelopmentteammembersglobally.與全球產品開發小組交流,配合執行工程責任。

14.Otherassignmentsfrommanagement完成公司交給的其他任務。

Know-HowRequirements

職位要求

1.Bachelor'sdegree(B.S.)fromfour-yearcollegeoruniversity;andonetothreeyearsrelatedexperienceand/ortraining;orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.大學本科,學士學位,一至三年的相關經驗或培訓,或同等學歷與經歷

2.Morethan3yearsofautomotiveproductiondesignexperienceorinjectionmoldingexperience.3年以上汽車產品或塑料件結構設計經驗。

3.Selflearning,taskoriented,outstandinginterpersonalandcommunicationskills.自學能力強,任務型的,人際關系好,交流能力強。

4.Knowledgeandproficiencyinautomotiveelectricalsystems;possessdraftingabilitytoclearlydevelopideasintheformofworkingdrawings,aswellasaknowledgeofCADprogram,preferablyoneofSolidworks,CATIA,UG.對計算機輔助設計軟件精通,特別是Solidworks,CATIA,UG其中之一,對汽車電子系統有了解。

5.Abilitytodefineproblems,collectdata,establishfacts,anddrawvalidconclusions.Abilitytointerpretanextensivevarietyoftechnicalinstructionsinmathematicalordiagramformanddealwithseveralabstractandconcretevariables.能夠找出問題,收集數據,整理數據,得出正確結論。能夠以圖表形式來說明技術問題,及處理某些抽象變量和具體變量。

6.Candidateshouldbeabletohandlevarioustasksatthesametime.有能力在同一時間內承擔多項任務。

1、全面負責開辟拓展招商合作渠道,組織實施項目招商及業績目標的達成;

2、負責客戶接待認真講解招商政策,回答客戶疑問;

3、招商運營資料和客戶資料的收集、整理、存檔工作,建立客戶數據信息庫;

4、項目、平臺招商工作相關資源對接。

5、負責公司的招商工作,對各項業務的洽談、簽約工作進行管理、協調、指導、監督、審核各項業務合同。

6、負責組織市場調查,預測市場發展趨勢,并針對市場的變化和競爭的需要提出應對策略。
