8.ThroughtheProjectLeader,managestheproductdevelopmentactivitiesverifyingmilestonesachievementandtargets(timing,quality,cost).
9.Controlsthecostevolutionandtheextracostinthelaunchphasepayingattentiontocontributionmargins,definingGIRCandefficienciesplanstoachievetheexpectedprofitabilitylevels.
10.Promotesactionstoreducecostonon-goingproducts.
11.Inthedevelopmentphase,assuresthelinkandthecoordinationbetweenR&D,Industrial,QualityandSourcing.
12.Othertasksassignedbythemanager.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelororabove,majorinmechanicalengineeringorrelevant;
2.Min.7yearsworkingexperiences,3yearsatmanagerialrole,autoindustryispreferred;
3.KnowstheoryofFMEA;
4.CapacitytoapplyAPQP,PPAP,ISO/TS16949,CostControl,ProfitabilityManagement,Product&IndustrializationUnderstanding,P2.
5.GoodknowledgeofProgramManagement.
6.Goodcommunicationskillbothininternalandexternalcontact;

管理系統銷售經理崗位職責
職責描述:
1、深入了解業務需求,負責產品需求分析工作,通過對原始需求的整理分解,對業務需求的技術可行性、影響性等關鍵點進行評估和控制,保證解決方案的合理性、可擴展;
2、負責銷售系統項目的技術選型、方案制定、產品設計、構架搭建、工時預測、進度和質量把控;
3、負責汽車銷售系統項目的總體規劃、計劃制定、組織開發、項目驗收;
4、積極了解汽車營銷領域發展、相關新技術及趨勢,促進技術進步和創新的系統應用;
5、領導交辦的其他事項
任職要求:
1、5年以上汽車銷售領域相關系統的分析實施經驗。
2、具備獨立完成具體工作的能力,包括承擔實施方案編寫、業務分析、產品配置、測試及培訓。
3、數量運用Axure、RP等原型工具。
4、熟悉汽車行業銷售管理流程、電商、渠道、直營等多種管理模式的業務流程。
