篇2:制劑包裝工藝工程師崗位職責內容

1.確保工藝安全,分析評估工藝風險,并提出解決方案。

2.確定工藝流程圖、參數、設備、儀器和控制原理。

3.制定和更新操作程序或工作指導。

4.負責工藝控制統計(SPC)工作,并組織制訂改正計劃。

5.與操作、維修組協調工藝控制系統維護工作,確保設備的高效使用、低能耗、高質量。

6.負責設備運行中的故障排除,組織事故調查并制定改進措施。

7.為操作、維修組提供工藝及操作方面的培訓。

8.管理制劑配方和原料規格。

9.控制包材規格,負責調試機器參數。

10.負責工藝改進申請(PCA),優化工藝,提供工程支持。
