4.Reportasappropriateonprojectstatusthroughtheestablishedprojecttrackingsystem

andmanagement/projectreviews.Proactivelycommunicatewithallinternalandexternalstakeholders.

5.Maintainanawarenessof,andfullyunderstand,theimpacttothecustomerofLeanSix

Sigmaprocessimprovementprojects,aswellascustomerrequirementsregardingprocesschange,ensuringeffectivecommunicationismaintainedtoeliminateanypotential

negativeimpact.

6.Providesupport,assistance,coachingandmentoringtoSixSigmaGreen&BlackBelts

andLeanBeltsintheirprocessimprovementprojects,sharingexpertisetoensuresuccessfulprojectimplementation.

7.TrainothersonspecificLean,SixSigma,andQualityImprovementtoolsandmethods.Potential

traineesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:SeniorandMid-LevelManagement,Black,Green,LeanBelts,andexternalsuppliers.

8.ConductsuppliercapabilityassessmentstosupportthedevelopmentofLeanandSixSigmaProjectpriorities,andpopulationoftheGlobalSupplierDevelopmentprojecthopper.

9.EffectivelymanagestakeholdersandalignandcoordinateeffortswiththoseofoverallCorporateGlobalSupplierQuality(GSQ)andProcurement.

10.WorkwiththeProcurementLeadershipTeamandGlobalSupplierQuality(GSQ)toeffectivelyco-leadthedeploymentofLeanandSixSigmabasedSupplierDevelopmentinitiativesacrossthesupplybase;theexpectationwillbethattheseprojectswilldrivesignificantperformanceand/orROIforMolex.

11.EnsurecompliancewithSixSigmaandCompanyapprovedpoliciesandprocedures.

-Bachelor’sDegreeinabusinessortechnicaldiscipline.Alternatively,thejobholderwillhavesignificantrelevantexperience(aminimumof10years)inadditiontothatoutlinedintheWorkRelatedExperiencesectionbelow.

-Aminimumoftenyearsofexperience.MusthaveachievedBlackBeltCertificationasaresultofsuccessfulprojectsimplementedandcompletionofexams.TrainedandexperiencedinteamfacilitationskillsaswellasthetechnicaltoolsassociatedwithLean,SixSigma,andQualityManagement

-MUSTbecomfortableandproficientwithalgebralevelmathematicswithanunderstandingofappliedprobabilityandstatistics.Thejobholdermusthavearecordofstrongperformanceandbeatrustedprofessionalwithahighlevelofcredibilityatalllevelsacrossthelocation.StrongcomputerskillswithasolidunderstandingofallMicrosoftOfficeapplications.Excellentprojectmanagementskills,leadership,presentationandcommunicationskillsarerequired.
