篇2:項目工程師安全生產職責

(1)認真執行國家政府部門及上級、公司制定的勞動保護和安全生產政策法令和規章制度。

(2)組織編制施工組織設計,采用新技術、新工藝、新設備時,負責制定相應的安全技術措施和操作規程。針對工程特點的關鍵部位,組織安全技術措施的交底工作,并在實施中進行嚴格控制、監督和考核。

(3)負責提出改善施工現場勞動條件和勞動環境。

(4)參加重大傷亡事故的調查分析,并提出技術鑒定意見和安全技術改進措施。

篇3:安全生產責任制:項目總工程師

1、貫徹執行有關安全生產和安全技術規程、規定。對本單位安全問題負技術責任。

2、參與編制安全管理規定和安全技術操作規程。

3、組織編制單位工程的施工組織設計、施工方案及危險性較大的專項施工方案時,編制安全技術措施方案和安全技術交底書,并負責組織向作業人員講解安全技術要求,檢查施工組織設計和施工方案的安全技術措施的執行情況。

4、參與關鍵崗位人員操作技能的考核和安全設施和設備的驗收,對發現的問題,從技術角度提出意見和改進建議。

5、參與安全生產檢查,對施工中存在的隱患,從技術上提出責任認定和整改意見,并予以解決。

6、參與對一般事故的調查處理,從技術角度提出責任認定和整改意見,并組織有關工作的落實。
