PositionPurpose:

Accountableforsitecontractorhealthandsafetydeliverablesanddevelopingastrongsafetycultureatasinglelargeconstructionproject.Responsibilitiesincludeprimaryoversightofandleadingeffectivesafetyactivitiessuchascoachingcontractorandprojectstaffonsafeworkpractices,pre-jobsafetyplanning(i.e.co-leadingpre-mobilizationmeetings,jobsafetyanalysisandworkingatheightsplanning),safetyobservations,siteinspections/audits,dataanalysisandcorrectiveactionplansandcontractororientation.

ResponsibilitiesalsoincludeensuringtheconstructionsiteiscompliantwithFederal,Provincial/State,LocalEHSlawsandregulations,aswellasCargillConstructionSafetyGuidelinesandEHSpoliciesandprocedures.ThisroleisinintegralpartoftheprojectteamandrequiresstrongcommunicationbetweenotherprojectteammembersandBUEHSLeader.

篇2:施工項目主管工程師安全職責范本

(1)貫徹執(zhí)行上級有關環(huán)境保護和安全文明施工的措施和規(guī)定,組織編制本項目環(huán)境保護和安全文明施工措施,經(jīng)批準后組織實施。

(2)在計劃、布置、檢查施工時,把安全文明施工工作貫穿到每個施工環(huán)節(jié),在確保安全的前提下組織施工。

(3)提出本項目安全技術措施計劃項目,經(jīng)批準后負責組織實施。

(4)負責組織對跨班組施工項目開工前的安全文明施工條件進行檢查、落實并簽證確認。對重要的施工項目,應親臨現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督施工。

(5)負責本項目職工的環(huán)境保護和安全文明施工教育,認真組織與檢查每周一次的安全日活動。

(6)主持本項目每月一次的安全情況分析會。組織每月一次的安全大檢查,負責安排解決存在的問題。

(7)貫穿執(zhí)行安全工作與經(jīng)濟掛鉤的管理辦法,嚴肅查處違章違紀行為。

(8)組織并主持輕傷事故和記錄事故中嚴重未遂事故的調(diào)查分析,提出對事故責任者的處理意見。

篇3:施工單位安全經(jīng)理工程師職責

①負責編制基坑開挖、腳手架工程、大件吊裝等重點工號的安全專項施工組織設計。并組織實施和辦理相關作業(yè)票證。

②負責實施本單位項目建設全面的安全管理。

③負責監(jiān)督重點工號施工及日常安全檢查工作。

④負責對本單位專兼職安全人員的管理。

④發(fā)現(xiàn)嚴重的安全隱患及時向甲方進行匯報,并提出整改建議。

⑤發(fā)現(xiàn)嚴重的違章作業(yè),有權立即制止作業(yè)。

⑥負責組織突發(fā)事故的應急救援,并及時匯報甲方安全管理部門。
