-KnowledgeofIATF16949requirementsincludingAIAGAPQP,PFMEA,MSAandPPAPrequired;

-KnowledgeofSPCrequired;

職位描述：

1根據ISO及化妝品標桿企業標準，建立和完善供應商管理體系和相關文件，確保供應商符合質量標準和要求。

2.根據上年度供應商質量表現、供貨績效等級，制定供應商年度審核計劃并進行實施，及時出具審核報告，達到對供應商質量監控。

3.根據供應商開發需求，與相關部門確定新供應商審核計劃，并按計劃進行準入審核，出具審核報告，使新供應商準入可控。

1、策劃供應商品質管控方案，以達成公司品質目標

2、編寫供應商質量管理規范、產品驗收標準等文件

3、新供應商導入評審、審核，輸出評審報告

4、研發階段的新產品測試，承認

5、跟進供應商產品生產過程，協助供應商提升制程質量

6、對檢驗人員等檢驗手法,檢驗標準進行培訓

7、處理供應商來料品質異常，跟進改善過程，并核實供應商改善效果

8、制定各項目物料的品質履歷表

9、定期對合格供應商進行審核，輸出供應商審核報告

10、對出現的供方質量問題，進行處置，組織分析，落實改進措施。定期組織廠商質量例會。

任職要求：

1、大專及以上學歷，2年以上機械或電子行業SQE工作經驗

2、熟練掌握機械，電子類產品技術應用知識

3、熟悉常用的質量手法、質量工具（SPC，FMEA，CP，QFD，6sigmaDMAIC）

4、熟悉常用的檢測儀器

5、熟練使用各類辦公軟件

6、具有供應商管理和輔導能力

7、具有較好的團隊合作、協調、溝通、談判能力

8、具有較好的執行力，工作積極主動。
