篇2:主任工程師（質(zhì)量總監(jiān)）質(zhì)量管理責(zé)任制

⑴組織編制項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量計(jì)劃,報(bào)上級(jí)質(zhì)量管理部門審批后實(shí)施。

⑵定期組織質(zhì)量人員驗(yàn)證質(zhì)量計(jì)劃的實(shí)施效果,當(dāng)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制中存在問(wèn)題或隱患時(shí),應(yīng)提出解決措施。

⑶參加圖紙會(huì)審。

⑷單位工程、分部工程和分項(xiàng)工程開(kāi)工前,應(yīng)向承擔(dān)施工的負(fù)責(zé)人或分包人進(jìn)行書面交底,質(zhì)量交底資料應(yīng)辦理簽字手續(xù)并歸檔保存。

⑸施工過(guò)程中,對(duì)發(fā)包人或監(jiān)理工程師提出的設(shè)計(jì)變更在執(zhí)行前及時(shí)向施工人員進(jìn)行書面交底。

⑹監(jiān)督有關(guān)人員做好施工過(guò)程的質(zhì)量自檢、專檢和交接檢,保證質(zhì)量符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

⑺負(fù)責(zé)各種原材料、設(shè)備進(jìn)場(chǎng)的質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收,嚴(yán)把材料、設(shè)備質(zhì)量關(guān)。

⑻組織有關(guān)專業(yè)人員執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品的監(jiān)視和測(cè)量工作程序,并對(duì)合同的履行情況進(jìn)行全面驗(yàn)證。

⑼對(duì)檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的工程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題或不合格報(bào)告提及的問(wèn)題組織有關(guān)人員判定不合格程度,制定糾正措施,具體執(zhí)行《程序文件》中不合格品的控制工作程序。

⑽組織對(duì)糾正措施的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,將驗(yàn)證情況上報(bào)上級(jí)質(zhì)量部門。

⑾組織項(xiàng)目部質(zhì)量、材料、試驗(yàn)等有關(guān)人員編制匯總項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量情況月報(bào)及質(zhì)量分析。

質(zhì)量管理工程師(QA)職位要求

按國(guó)家統(tǒng)一規(guī)定已受聘擔(dān)任助理工程師職務(wù),從事質(zhì)量專業(yè)工作滿2年。

質(zhì)量管理工程師(QA)崗位職責(zé)/工作內(nèi)容

從事技術(shù)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)質(zhì)量等的研究、管理、監(jiān)督、檢查、檢驗(yàn)、分析、鑒定等。

(1)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、質(zhì)量管理體系及系統(tǒng)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)、研究和控制;

(2)組織實(shí)施質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢查;

(3)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量的檢查、檢驗(yàn)、分析、鑒定、咨詢;

(4)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證、生產(chǎn)許可證、體系認(rèn)證、審核員和評(píng)審員注冊(cè)、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)和實(shí)驗(yàn)室考核等合格評(píng)定管理;

(5)調(diào)節(jié)質(zhì)量糾紛,組織對(duì)重大質(zhì)量事故調(diào)查分析;

(6)研究開(kāi)發(fā)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)、檢驗(yàn)方法、檢驗(yàn)儀器設(shè)備;

(7)制定質(zhì)量技術(shù)法規(guī)并監(jiān)督實(shí)施;

(8)設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施、改進(jìn)、評(píng)價(jià)質(zhì)量與可靠性信息系統(tǒng)。
