EssentialDuties&Responsibilities

-DevelopsandmaintainsQAplansandprocessroutings,whichreflectintended/actualactivities.

-Providessupportforallquotingactivitiesbyparticipationininitialprocessdesign,development,andimplementationphases.

-Evaluatesandsupportsinspectionprocessesviainspectionaidsandinstructionguidelines.

-Supportsalltrainingprogramsbydevelopmentandimplementationofspecializedtrainingsessionsforallapplicablefunctions.

-Conductsperiodicreviewandmaintenanceofalldocumentationfiles;developsappropriatesystemsfordocumentstorageandaccess.

-Reviewsallsupplierorcustomerdiscrepancies.Coordinatesandtracksthecorrective/preventativeactioneffort.

-Providestrendanalysisofdefectsoccurringatthecustomer,supplierandinternally.

-Participatesinthevendorsurveyactivitiesasapplicable.Drivesproactiveparticipationwithsuppliersand(whenpossible)aidsintheirprocessimprovementefforts.

-InterfaceswithalldepartmentsasappliedtothePoliciesandProcedureswithspecialregardtoISO,EN4600andGMPdocumentation.

-Monitorsdepartmentalactivitiesandprovidetechnicalandlogisticalguidance/supportforthequalityengineeringstaffasapplicable.

-Interfacesandprovidetechnicalsupportonqualityissueswiththecustomerasneeded.

-SupportsandfocuscorrectiveactioneffortsandutilizingtheSPCdataandcorrectiveactiontrackingpackageandcreateandimplementanymeetings,procedures,orteam-buildingconceptsasnecessaryaspartofthecorrective/preventativeeffort.

-ServesasliaisonbetweenJabilCircuitandsuppliersorcustomersonqualityrelatedissues

-Improvestechnicalsupportforthequalityorganization.

Education&ExperienceRequirements

-Bachelor'sdegreepreferred.

-Atleast4-5yearsrelatedexperienceandhasgoodcommunicationskills.

篇2:總工程師崗位質量職責

1.按照本合同段技術標準和股份公司的質量方針,組織編制本標段質量管理計劃,制訂質量保證措施。

2.監督檢查質量管理體系的運行,不斷強化和更新質量監測及控制方法,主持對有疑問產品的評審和處置。

3.組織制定確保本標段質量創優的技術保證措施。

4.組織制定施工過程中的糾正和預防措施。

5.組織推廣和應用“四新”技術,主持關鍵工序的人員培訓,督促編寫有關科研成果報告和施工技術總結。

篇3:質量檢驗工程師職責范本

1.對各自分管的管段內質量全面負責。

2.開工前配合工程科做好技術交底并及時下發至施工隊。

3.對工程質量實施監督檢查,參與驗工計價并負責隱蔽工程的檢查簽證。參加對質量事故的處理。

4.督促檢查現場質量落實情況,并根據項目部有關部門規定,采取下發整改通知書、罰款、向上一級匯報等形式對施工中出現的不規行為或隱患進行及時處理。

5.通過集中、分散、駐地、現場等不同形式做好對施工隊的質量教育,并做好記錄。記錄內容要有施工隊名稱、接受教育人員、時間、地點、教育內容等。

6.針對項目部制定的重要環境因素和危險源管理措施進行現場的監控、檢查、督促落實。

7.負責所屬管段內的質量的落實工作,對檢查不到位引發的質量事故負責任。

8.負責本項目質量記錄的匯總和管理。
