職責描述

主要職責:

1.收到客戶訂單,及時錄入ERP系統,并按時給客戶確認交期.

2.按時安排/協調倉庫發貨,如有異常,及時和客戶書面溝通確認

3.收到客戶數量/質量等投訴后,第一時間和內部相關部門溝通確認,并將結果反饋給客戶;

4.按照和客戶約定的帳期,對賬,開票.

5.月末,月初客戶溝通月度預測并維護預測統計表,差異較大的,書面通知計劃;

6.按照財務提供的清單,每月就逾期賬款進行跟蹤;

7.協助相關部門處理包裝方案,客戶檔案以及新產品檔案.

職位要求

1.專科以及以上學歷

2.2年客服工作經驗,汽車行業優先

3.工作細致,有責任心

4.善于溝通

高級客服/訂單專員/跟單上海弘軒工業技術有限公司上海弘軒工業技術有限公司,弘軒工作內容:

日常訂單的操作:訂單輸入、跟蹤;安排發貨、開票以及追蹤貨款;

客戶投訴處理:根據客戶需求及公司銷售制定的理賠方案,跟進落實理賠退換貨等事宜,直至投訴全部處理妥當;

對項目類型的客戶進行項目管理,根據實際進度,協調客戶實際需求及采購交貨期,跟蹤項目進展,提供預警及建議;

與公司各部門及客戶之間保持良好的溝通與協作關系;

完成上級領導安排的其他工作內容。

崗位要求:

1.大專及以上學歷,專業不限;

2.3年以上相關工作經驗,具備一定的英語能力;

3.具有優秀的溝通協調能力,能夠妥善處理臨時出現的訂單問題;

4.具備一定的抗壓能力,工作仔細、認真、積極。
