歐美制造公司因業(yè)務(wù)需要新招職位,徐匯區(qū)港匯廣場上班,朝九晚六。要求5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,同時接觸過進口訂單和出口訂單,有系統(tǒng)操作經(jīng)驗,英文熟練溝通,工作認真仔細,抗壓能力強。

1.公司文化很好,同事都很平易近人。

2.上海辦公室20人左右,公司小而精,接下來會有很多業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)移到中國來,公司屬于上升發(fā)展期。

3.需要尋找英文口語熟練溝通,仔細認真有耐心的CSR

4.需要候選人是全日制本科學歷,積極主動,能handson做事情

工作職責概述:

1.收到客戶的訂單系統(tǒng)里下單

2.等美國工廠收到訂單,排計劃,美國那邊貨代會訂艙

3.收到訂艙信息發(fā)給客戶

4.等船開了之后香港那邊會做文件的

5.客戶投訴,還有系統(tǒng)這塊也很重要,維護提意見

6.和船公司開會評估服務(wù)

訂單管理客服崗位

篇2:訂單客服專員崗位職責

高級客服/訂單專員/跟單上海弘軒工業(yè)技術(shù)有限公司上海弘軒工業(yè)技術(shù)有限公司,弘軒工作內(nèi)容:

日常訂單的操作:訂單輸入、跟蹤;安排發(fā)貨、開票以及追蹤貨款;

客戶投訴處理:根據(jù)客戶需求及公司銷售制定的理賠方案,跟進落實理賠退換貨等事宜,直至投訴全部處理妥當;

對項目類型的客戶進行項目管理,根據(jù)實際進度,協(xié)調(diào)客戶實際需求及采購交貨期,跟蹤項目進展,提供預警及建議;

與公司各部門及客戶之間保持良好的溝通與協(xié)作關(guān)系;

完成上級領(lǐng)導安排的其他工作內(nèi)容。

崗位要求:

1.大專及以上學歷,專業(yè)不限;

2.3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,具備一定的英語能力;

3.具有優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,能夠妥善處理臨時出現(xiàn)的訂單問題;

4.具備一定的抗壓能力,工作仔細、認真、積極。
