客服社保專員崗位職責(zé)職位要求
職責(zé)描述:
1、回答前端客服人員的社保公積金相關(guān)政策法規(guī)的咨詢;
2、核對(duì)及維護(hù)OSS系統(tǒng)線上數(shù)據(jù),整理成增減員名單,發(fā)給對(duì)接供應(yīng)商操作增減并跟進(jìn)辦理情況及時(shí)反饋給前端客服人員;
3、定期收集更新全國各地社保公積金政策大表;
4、定期審核前端客服人員的收款;
5、與供應(yīng)商核對(duì)費(fèi)用表及請(qǐng)款表的制作;
6、負(fù)責(zé)提供與社保公積金相關(guān)的各類數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表;
7、積極主動(dòng)完成上極領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦事項(xiàng)。
任職資格:
1、大專學(xué)歷,具有相關(guān)人事工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、熟練操作運(yùn)用EXCEL表格;
3、具備良好人際溝通技巧;
4、工作細(xì)致、積極主動(dòng),能夠獨(dú)立完成工作;
5、有基本的社保公積金知識(shí);
6、反應(yīng)敏捷,人際理解能力強(qiáng),有良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí);

5、具有較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)處理能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)和客戶意識(shí),善于與人溝通,語言表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)。
