社保專員崗位職責:

1、負責為企業開設社保、公積金賬戶;

2、負責為員工繳交社保、公積金;

3、負責為員工辦理公積金提取、手工報銷、生育津貼領取等;

4、提供社保及公積金政策、地方法規的咨詢服務;

5、相關單位人事聯絡以及有關疑難的解答工作。

任職要求:

1、大學專科以上學歷;

2、1年以上社保、公積金相關工作經驗,具有專門從事社保公積金領域經驗者優先;

3、熟悉國家社保、公積金相關法律政策及地方法規;

4、熟練使用社保中心、住房公積金系統軟件,熟練操作office軟件;

5、具有較強的數據處理能力、團隊合作意識和客戶意識,善于與人溝通,語言表達能力強。
