職位描述

職責描述

1、店鋪內(nèi)貨品品類管理以及倉庫管理、實時掌握;

2、店鋪內(nèi)所有內(nèi)務管理(報銷、每月物品采購申請等);

3、客戶資料的管理和維護,處理日常投訴;

4、每周客戶群內(nèi)新品到貨(材質(zhì)、價格、庫存);

5、店鋪銷售員的管理,分配每日指標,指導新員工操作伯駿系統(tǒng),以及店鋪新品知識培訓;

6、每月店鋪開月會,監(jiān)督銷售員日常規(guī)范;

7、店鋪日、周、月KPI報表分析;

8、負責外地開店代理店長的正常運營工作店鋪的其他相關(guān)工作。

崗位要求

1、市場營銷類專業(yè),

2、大專及以上學歷

3、三年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗熟悉服裝品牌及營銷,

4、工作認真仔細,有一定的銷售技能與團隊管理能力
