店鋪副經理崗位職責

工作職責:

1.銷售服務和員工管理

-以專業態度向來店各類顧客提供銷售接待服務

-協助店鋪經理進行店鋪銷售招聘、員工培訓及相關人員管理工作

2.訂單,倉庫管理和其他任務

3.協助店鋪經理進行店面陳列和維護,確保店面整體展示效果和標準符合品牌概念與準則

4.參與其他店鋪運營工作

5.店鋪經理分配的其他相關工作

任職要求:

1.大專及以上學歷,銷售相關工作經驗,兩年以上店鋪管理工作經驗

2.掌握產品知識,可向客人全方位推薦家具及配飾產品

3.溝通協調能力、語言表達能力、分析判斷能力、團隊領導能力、決策能力、影響能力、全局意識、市場導向、責任心、敬業努力,不計較加班和額外工作

4.熟悉店鋪管理工作,對店鋪運營相關環節有足夠的管理技能

崗位職責

1、參與店鋪管理,幫助店鋪建設,帶領所在團隊完成當月任務;

2、細致分析團隊成員特長,合理安排每日工作及根據公司的考核評定,對小組組員進行績效管理;

3、負責每日店鋪早會的召開,負責樓層區域貨品所有細節維護;

4、隨時關注并分析各自區域銷售情況,及時向上反饋相關人、貨、場情況,并提出改善建議。

崗位要求

1、本科以上學歷,具有知名品牌服飾或大型零售企業兩年以上獨立管理工作經驗;

2、對銷售數據敏感,優秀的數據分析能力;

3、具備一定的人力資源管理能力,善于溝通、培訓和員工激勵;

4、高效率的領導管理能力,執行力高,抗壓能力較好;

5、熱愛服裝,精通服裝產品,流行趨勢,陳列搭配,對時尚有敏銳的觸覺。

工作時間:每周工作五天,排班輪休制,每天工作八小時,分早中晚三個班次
