2、細致分析團隊成員特長,合理安排每日工作及根據公司的考核評定,對小組組員進行績效管理;
3、負責每日店鋪早會的召開,負責樓層區域貨品所有細節維護;
4、隨時關注并分析各自區域銷售情況,及時向上反饋相關人、貨、場情況,并提出改善建議。
崗位要求:
1、本科以上學歷,具有知名品牌服飾或大型零售企業兩年以上獨立管理工作經驗;
2、對銷售數據敏感,優秀的數據分析能力;
