職位描述：

1、日本團隊線路和自由行線路進(jìn)行線上銷售，對客人的房、車、簽證及其他需求進(jìn)行報價及落實；

2、對團隊和自由行客人出游過程進(jìn)行服務(wù)跟進(jìn)；

3、能熟悉運用螞蜂窩平臺；

職位要求：

1、有2年以上的線上工作經(jīng)驗；了解日本產(chǎn)品，有同崗經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

2、電腦操作熟練，了解EXCEL、word表格處理；

3、耐心細(xì)致，反應(yīng)靈敏，應(yīng)變能力強。

4、底薪+提成，提供有競爭力的薪酬。

1.KeyObjectivesandScopeofthePosition

Assalesoperationmanagertomanagedailysalesrelatedbusiness.

2.MajorResponsibilitiesandDegreeofInfluence

Assalesoperationmanagertomanagethedailysalestasksofsportcars,i.e.BMW2ercoupe/convertible,4ercoupe/convertible/GP,6ercoupe/convertible/GP,andBMWMPAandMmodels.

Lookintothesalesperformanceaswellsaleschannelstatustoconductfurtheranalysisandproposeonhowtoimprovethesalesperformanceanddealerprofitabilityofsportscarsviaassignedprojects.

Coordinatewithrelateddepartments/teamstoensurecomprehensivesalesandmarketingactionplanstopromotesportscars.
