產(chǎn)品線管理崗位職責(zé)

職責(zé)描述:

1、根據(jù)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、品牌定位、產(chǎn)品定位,研究消費(fèi)者需求和終端競(jìng)爭(zhēng)需求,規(guī)劃產(chǎn)品線,制定產(chǎn)品線經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)和策略;

2、根據(jù)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃和組織架構(gòu)特點(diǎn),將產(chǎn)品線經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行細(xì)化和分解,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品線經(jīng)營(yíng)管理在各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的工作順暢和協(xié)同一致;

3、根據(jù)公司產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃和開(kāi)發(fā)模式,對(duì)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)資源進(jìn)行調(diào)研評(píng)估并提出整合優(yōu)化方案,對(duì)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)成果組織評(píng)估評(píng)審,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品線經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃的達(dá)成;

4、根據(jù)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)策略和資源優(yōu)勢(shì),不斷豐富和完善產(chǎn)品線落地實(shí)施模式,通過(guò)門店路演等各種形式推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品線的落地實(shí)施,并幫助終端門店提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。

任職要求:

1.產(chǎn)品管理相關(guān)專業(yè);

2.具有五年以上的珠寶款式從事經(jīng)驗(yàn),及八年以上的產(chǎn)品管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3.具備體系架構(gòu)構(gòu)建思維;

4.具備良好的跨部門協(xié)作精神;

5.富有責(zé)任心,擁有高度的工作熱情。

Assalesoperationmanagertomanagethedailysalestasksofsportcars,i.e.BMW2ercoupe/convertible,4ercoupe/convertible/GP,6ercoupe/convertible/GP,andBMWMPAandMmodels.

Lookintothesalesperformanceaswellsaleschannelstatustoconductfurtheranalysisandproposeonhowtoimprovethesalesperformanceanddealerprofitabilityofsportscarsviaassignedprojects.

Coordinatewithrelateddepartments/teamstoensurecomprehensivesalesandmarketingactionplanstopromotesportscars.
