TheECSalesEngineerisresponsibleforobtainingannualsalesprogramforspecificsalesterritoryasassignedbycompanymanagement.Developsnewaccounts,markets,andsalesofnewproductsinaccordancewiththeCompany'sBusinessPlan.MaintainshighestlevelofknowledgepossibleofCompany'sproducts,theirapplications,servicesandpolicies.Servicesallcustomerswithintheassignedterritory.ProvidesCompanymanagementwithmarketinformationandcompetitiveupdates.Maintainscognizanceofallmarketinfluences.Penetratesanddevelopsnewaccountswhilemaintainingexistingbusinessandintegratingproduct/processandapplicationknowledgeintosuccessfulterritoryplan.Callsonprospectivecustomers,providesinformationanddemonstrations.Sellsthecompany'sproductsexclusivelywithintheautomotivemarket.Developsstrongcustomerrelationships.

NatureandScope:

ThepositionreportstotheAreaSalesManager,EmissionControl.PositionhasdirectcontactwiththeProduct/MarketManagers,CustomerServiceRepresentatives,andApplicationEngineers.Heavytravel(50%)isnormallyrequiredforthisposition.Candidatemusthavetheabilitytoworkindependently.
