崗位職責：

1、配合銷售進行售前咨詢、售前調研、系統演示、方案撰寫、方案講解、談判等工作，包括：

1)能夠很好地配合銷售團隊，安排好售前工作計劃、資源配置等；

2)能夠很好地理解客戶要求，挖掘并分析客戶真實需求，完成相關的需求記錄及分析工作；

3)能夠分析客戶需求后，短時間內出具相關的客戶解決方案及實施方案建議書等相關工作，完成客戶信息化項目的前期規劃；

4)參與項目各個階段的方案設計、撰寫及報告陳述；參與投標過程；

5)能力熟練使用Office（Word，PowerPoint，Visio）系列軟件進行方案、標書的編寫；

6)能根據售前的工作進展情況及時進行風險預警及管控，進度資源的調節及最優使用。

2、支持項目實施工作及項目管理，包括：

1)支持項目組完成用戶需求討論、流程設計、藍圖編寫等工作；

2)按項目安排對項目進程跟蹤，監督相關項目實施工作進程。

崗位要求:

1、本科及以上學歷，5年以上數字營銷及DMP相關產品的售前工作經驗；

2、能夠獨立完成項目相關的售前溝通、調研、方案編寫，有汽車行業背景優先；

3、具備多層次的業務戰略和業務定位的能力及強大的演講技巧能力；

4、出色的溝通和交流技巧，良好的進取心，團隊合作精神和雙贏思維，耐心及優秀的談判技巧；
