篇2:戰略咨詢總監崗位職責要求

職位描述：

職位要求：

1、全面負責團隊管理工作，承擔部門內部制定的業績指標要求，安排團隊內部的年度工作計劃，并負責該工作目標的最終完成；

2、負責團隊內部與外部資源的協調，包括與公司內部以及與外部客戶的各類型協調，確保工作組高效開展工作；

3、負責團隊能力提升，包括參與人員的招募、進行培養培訓、落實考核評價等；

崗位要求：

1、有至少2-3個成功戰略咨詢項目操作的案例，能統籌項目全流程操作

2、對行業研究有深厚的基礎；形成自己分析問題的邏輯體系；創新咨詢工具分析方法；語言表達和文字表達清晰

3、能獨立進行項目洽談，獨立進行產品把控；重大項目提報；

4、項目總監要求5年以上咨詢工作經驗，房地產行業咨詢經驗尤佳；

學歷要求：本科以上學歷，專業不限。
