1.全面統籌規劃公司的人力資源戰略,組織制定公司人力資源發展的各種規劃,并監督各項計劃的實施。

2.建立并完善人力資源管理體系,設計人力資源管理模式(包含招聘、績效、培訓、薪酬及員工發展等體系的全面建設)。

3.制定和完善各個職位的績效管理體系。

4.監控人力資源管理各模塊(包含招聘、績效、培訓薪酬及員工發展)的工作實施狀況。

5.向公司高層決策者提供有關人力資源戰略、組織建設等方面的建議,并致力于提高公司的綜合管理水平。

6.塑造、維護、發展和傳播企業文化。

7.及時處理公司管理過程中的問題及員工之間的糾紛。
