多肽合成主管職責與要求:

1、負責組織團隊實施多肽原料藥的合成。

2、能設計多肽的合成工藝(粗肽合成及精制純化),全面把控工藝研究,識別工藝重難點,并組織實施技術攻關。指導團隊完成實驗室研究,并能指導實施合成工藝放大與產業化,不斷優化工藝降低成本。

3、能系統分析多肽類藥物的雜質譜,指導團隊開展雜質獲取、結構確證、分析雜質來源等相關工作。

4、能撰寫和審核原料藥工藝部分申報資料。

5、碩士以上學歷,5年專業工作經驗和行業工作經驗,3-5年管理工作經驗。
