PrimaryResponsibility:

TheRotoMetricsTechnicalSupportEngineerisexpectedtoworkcloselywithcustomers,providingdetailedtechnicaladvice,supportandtrouble-shootingondiecuttingandotherrotarytoolingapplications.

DutiesandResponsibilities:

?ProvidethehighestqualityoftechnicalsupportrelatingtoallRotoMetricsproducts,toourcustomerbasethroughoutChina.

?WorkingcloselywithourDistributorinChina,ourSalesManagersandCustomerSupportRepresentativestoaccuratelyconveytechnicalinformation&requirements.

?Carryoutrootcauseanalysisonspecifictechnicalissuesandcomplaints,offeringimmediateortimelysolutionstocustomers,includingcarryingouttechnicalauditsinthecustomer’sstockofmagneticcylinders.

MinimumQualifications
