崗位職責(zé):

1、制定年度經(jīng)營目標(biāo),根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方向制定運營策略、階段性目標(biāo)、方案和計劃并組織執(zhí)行;

2、全面負(fù)責(zé)公司旅游業(yè)務(wù)運營、推廣與管理工作,提升公司價值和影響力,促進公司品牌及各項收入提升;

3、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的運營維護與改進;就產(chǎn)品運營過程中的問題提出合理化建議和解決方案,積極改進產(chǎn)品,提升產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力;

4、提升旅游公司運營效率,有效控制經(jīng)營過程中的風(fēng)險;

5、負(fù)責(zé)新客戶開發(fā)和跟蹤,產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和推廣,并能很好維護新老客戶關(guān)系;

6、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù);

任職資格:

1.本科以上學(xué)歷,5年以上旅游行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗,三年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗,條件特別優(yōu)秀的可放寬至專科學(xué)歷;

2.熱愛旅游行業(yè),了解旅游市場,熟悉國家旅游相關(guān)法律法規(guī);

3.具備豐富的旅游集團的合作經(jīng)驗與高端人脈,熟知旅游公司運營管理模式;

4.具備較強的計劃、協(xié)調(diào)和分析判斷能力,較強的溝通和社交能力;

5.工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)認(rèn)真,耐心細(xì)致,思維清晰、責(zé)任心強、能承受較大的工作壓力,適應(yīng)出差;
