TheManufacturingandShopFloorSpecialistwillbethekeysupportfortheregionofemploymenttosupportthestrategy,implementationandmaintenanceofmanufacturingandshopfloorsystemssuchas,butnotlimitedtoDataAcquisition,MESandSPCsolutions.ThepositionwillbepartofaglobalteamtaskedtorolloutstandardsinshopfloorsystemsinlocationswithintheBorgWarnerDrivetrainGroup.Thepositionwillprovidehands-onsupportforallsystemsontheshopfloorworkingdirectlywithIT,EngineeringandOperations.Thepositionwillworktoimplement/upgradethesesystemsintonewandcurrentmanufacturingequipmentaswellasworktointegratewithothersystemslikeSAPERP.Thepositionwillberesponsibletoensurethatalldevicesontheshopfloor,whetherPC,tablet,RFGun,etcaresecure,patchedandprotected.Thepositionwillalsorequireunderstandingofnetworkingconceptstohelpsupportmanagedswitchesusedontheshopfloor.

TheManufacturingandShopFloorSpecialistmustbeabletoworkwellwiththebusinessendusers,SAPfunctionalleads,manufacturingandcontrolsengineers,andoperationspersonneltobeeffective.Thispersonneedstohavetheabilitytogatherbusinessrequirementsandconvertthemintofunctionalspecificationsforuseindesigninganoverallsolution.Thesuccessfulcandidateneedstobeabletoworkindependently,abletocommunicatebusinessrequirementsclearlytotheconfigurationteam,performfunctionaltestingwithinthequalitysystemtoconfirmfunctionalityandworkwithkeyuserstogainapprovalforallchangesbeforemovingchangestotheproductionenvironment.Thepersoninthisrolewillworktowardscontinuousimprovementinprocessesandend-userskilllevels,diligentlypursueenhancementstoensurethesystemsarebeingusedproperlyandfullytomeetthebusinessneeds.Thispersonmustmonitorthesesolutionsforissues/errorsandassistinthenotificationandresolutionoftheissues.

TheManufacturingandShopFloorSpecialistwillworkwithbothinternalandexternaldesign/implementationteamsandworkcross-functionallybetweenthebusinessandITtobridgethegapsbetweendesign,contentandtechnology.Theywillalsoworkwithadistributedteamtoprovidethissupportglobally.Travelmayberequiredupto25%oftheirtimeormoreduringimplementationprojects.

篇2:車(chē)間安全專(zhuān)員工作職責(zé)

1、車(chē)間安全員在車(chē)間主管的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,負(fù)責(zé)車(chē)間的安全技術(shù)工作,貫徹上級(jí)安全生產(chǎn)的指示和規(guī)定,并檢查督促執(zhí)行。在業(yè)務(wù)上接受安全環(huán)保部門(mén)的指導(dǎo),對(duì)班組安全員進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo)。有權(quán)直接向安全環(huán)保部門(mén)匯報(bào)工作。

2、負(fù)責(zé)或參與制定、修訂車(chē)間有關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)管理制度和安全技術(shù)操作規(guī)程,并檢查執(zhí)行情況。

3、負(fù)責(zé)編制車(chē)間安全技術(shù)措施計(jì)劃和隱患整改方案,及時(shí)上報(bào)和檢查落實(shí)。

4、協(xié)助車(chē)間主任做好職工的安全思想、安全技術(shù)教育工作,負(fù)責(zé)新入廠人員的車(chē)間級(jí)安全教育、指導(dǎo)并督促檢查班組(崗位)的安全教育。

5、負(fù)責(zé)安排并檢查班組安全活動(dòng),經(jīng)常組織防反事故演習(xí)。

6、按照安全技術(shù)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,參加車(chē)間新建、改建、擴(kuò)建工程的設(shè)計(jì)、竣工驗(yàn)收和設(shè)備改造、工藝條件變動(dòng)方案的“三同時(shí)”審查,落實(shí)設(shè)備裝置檢修、停開(kāi)工的安全措施。

7、負(fù)責(zé)車(chē)間安全技術(shù)裝備、滅火器材、防護(hù)和急救器具的管理,掌握車(chē)間塵毒情況提出改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)和建議。

8、深入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)隱患及時(shí)整改。制止違章作業(yè),在緊急情況下對(duì)不聽(tīng)勸阻者,可停止其工作,并立即報(bào)請(qǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)處理。檢查落實(shí)動(dòng)火安全措施,確保動(dòng)火安全。

9、參加車(chē)間各類(lèi)事故的調(diào)查處理,負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,按時(shí)上報(bào)。

10、健全完善安全管理基礎(chǔ)資料,做到齊全、實(shí)用、規(guī)范化。
