店鋪開發經理崗位職責

工作內容

根據公司發展方向帶領區域團隊開發符合公司財務指標的新店,完成預定開鋪目標及租金的控制

DutiesandResponsibilities

職責

ToleadtheSouthpropertydevelopment

帶領南中國區門店開發

-FindanddevelopnewsitesinGuangdong,FujianprovinceandWuhancityaccordingtocompanyannualplan

-根據公司年度計劃,在廣東、福建、武漢等地尋找和開發新的門店

-Accomplishsiteresearchworkfornewstores,andnetworkPlanningforGuangdong,FujianandWuhancity

-完成新門店的現場調研工作,并為廣東、福建和武漢市的網絡規劃

-Lookafterexistingstoresassetmanagement,fixedpropertyrelatedissuefeedbackbyoperations,leadtherentalreductionnegotiationforLMS

-負責現有門店資產管理,根據營運對固定資產相關問題反饋,與業主談判租金事項.

-Renewandrefitstorenegotiation

-更新和改裝店談判

-Laisewithkeypropertydeveloper,maintainthegoodrelationshipwithlandlord

與地產開發商緊密聯系,保持與業主的良好關系

Tocoordinatethenationalnewstorescontractprocessinheadoffice.Workaspropertyrepresentativeincrossfunctionalprojects.

在總部協調全國新門店的合同流程。擔任跨職能項目的代表。

Tomanageanddeveloppeople,buildupteamcapability.

管理和發展人才,提高團隊能力

Qualifications

任職資格要求

Education/學歷要求:

MasterdegreeinEconomyormanagement,overseaeducationbackgroundishighlypreferred

經濟或管理專業碩士學歷,有海外留學背景者優先

Experience/工作經驗:

Minimumeightyearsofpropertydevelopmentexperienceinmultinationalretailcompany

至少八年跨國零售公司的房地產開發經驗

Knowledge/Competenciesrequired技能/能力要求:

Gooddataanalysisskill

良好的數據分析能力

Resultdriven,beabletoworkunderpressure.

結果導向,能夠在壓力下工作.

Others/其它:
