1.名校CS/EE、人工智能等相關專業博士學歷
2.至少8年以上深度學習、計算機視覺、語音語言處理、高性能計算、智能駕駛、智能電力、智慧城市等領域相關專業工作經驗
3.擁有可追溯的國際Ding級期刊會議論文發表記錄,或可追溯的全球著名產業研究實驗室工作經驗,或可追溯的成功的AI先進技術商業化落地經驗,或在CNSF等類似項目研究中作為主要研究負責人的經驗者為佳
4.具備技術前瞻眼光和創新思維,在人工智能領域有資深的專業技術和造詣,在學術界和工業界有廣泛的人脈和良好的口碑,具備一定行業影響力;
5.具有較強的溝通能力、協調能力和管理能力,開放心態并能分析問題,和解決問題。
實驗室Director崗位職責
1.各大實驗室領軍人物,負責本實驗室高素質研發團隊組建及研究方向的整體戰略規劃制定與調整,跟蹤所屬研究領域前沿AI技術發展趨勢與需求;
2.負責實驗室項目管理,確定實驗室研究目標和項目優先級,設計Z優的架構和流程;
3.帶領實驗室研發團隊開展前瞻性研究,包括理論技術優化、前沿技術攻關、及先行性應用研究等,持續將AI新技術引入實驗室研究,采用Z合適的技術來解決實際項目問題。研究領域包括:深度學習、計算機視覺、語音、自然語言處理、高性能計算等,應用領域包括:智能駕駛,智慧城市,智能電力,智慧醫療,智能教育,智能制造等;
4.負責帶領指導團隊進行科研成果的發布,如會議或期刊論文、專利、軟著等,代表研究院出席國際Ding級會議等,豎立加強個人學術科研影響力及研究院的國際學術科研口碑與形象;
5.負責帶領實驗室研發團隊將研究成果轉化為實際產品的功能,推動研究成果的商品化落地,給予實驗室研究成果孵化的新startups技術性戰略指導;
6.指導實驗室人才培養計劃與工作,把關研究員培養計劃的制定與調整,監督參與培養計劃實施推行與疑難咨詢、解決;定期進行公開前沿技術講座或學術報告等,在研究院、地平線及業界傳播AI知識,幫助打造研究院追求創新,技術驅動的品牌形象。
