工作內容:

1、負責建設與完善集團的售后服務體系制度、流程與標準;

2、負責售后支持、維修服務平臺系統的開發與完善,推進售后服務體系信息化建設;

3、負責公司售后服務400電話平臺建設與維護,統籌開展客戶需求分析與客戶滿意度調查;

4、統籌售后維修物料的預測、調度協調及存貨管理;

5、定期出差收集了解分支機構售后服務情況,并規劃解決方案;

6、負責全國維修網點團隊的績效管理與拓展建設、培養組織優秀的人才。

任職要求:

1、大專或以上學歷,測繪、計算機、通信技術、電子應用、自動化等專業;

2、3年以上售后服務平臺應用管理團隊經驗,團隊管理、項目協調北京,熟悉電子商務平臺、ERP系統及儀器軟硬件方面知識;

3、工作認真、態度積極,具備較好的溝通協調能力,有較強的進取心與執行力;

4、具有集團化公司售后服務從業經驗者優先考慮。
