篇2:某物業維修服務部安全員工作職責

(一)接受維修部主任、副主任的直接領導,負責維修部的安全管理工作。

(二)組織人員學習安全知識,不斷提高員工安全意識。

(三)隨時檢查安全隱患,及時上報領導,補救漏洞。

(四)根據安全規范的相關要求,負責檢查值班、值宿人員的上崗情況,夜間值班記錄。

(五)負責維修部的各種消防器材的配備管理,熟悉使用防火器材。

(六)負責維修部的各種施工安全防范措施的落實、檢查工作。

(七)負責督促每天下班后對倉庫、辦公室、工地的安全檢查工作。

(八)完成領導交辦的其他任務。

(一)接受維修部主任、副主任的直接領導,負責所在班組的日常管理工作,認真做好工作日志。

(二)必須無條件的認真執行領導下達的各項任務,并要管理好全班組的員工共同完成任務。

(三)負責本班組員工的思想、勞動紀律、工作質量等考核工作,對不服從指揮、消極怠工的員工有權同領導商量后對其進行處罰。

(四)要積極努力工作,帶領本班組員工完成領導交給的各項工作,對用戶不準索要財物,更不準將材料私拿送人。

(五)負責本班組維修范圍內的安全、防火、衛生工作,經常進行安全宣傳教育工作。

(六)以身作則提倡員工提高業務技能,注重整體影響和自身形象,工作時一定使用文明用語。

(七)完成領導交辦的其他臨時性任務。
