職責(zé)描述:

1、焊接結(jié)構(gòu)分析。

2、焊接熱模擬、仿真分析。

3、焊縫自動(dòng)無(wú)損探傷系統(tǒng)的搭建、維護(hù)與無(wú)損探傷。

任職要求:

1、材料成型及控制工程專業(yè)(焊接方向)。

2、熟悉焊接基本理論與相關(guān)有限元計(jì)算仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)分析方法。

3、熟練掌握有限元計(jì)算仿真軟件。

4、專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí),具有熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊接工藝及優(yōu)化、焊接自動(dòng)化及智能化系統(tǒng)集成的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

1、負(fù)責(zé)公司新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)所需實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)和優(yōu)化;

2、負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目實(shí)驗(yàn)方案的可行性評(píng)估、設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施,并對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé);

3、負(fù)責(zé)研發(fā)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)化和后續(xù)的醫(yī)療器械資質(zhì)申報(bào)所需的技術(shù)協(xié)助;

4、負(fù)責(zé)解決生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)化中的技術(shù)問(wèn)題;

5、參與實(shí)驗(yàn)室其他的研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)化工作。

任職要求:

1、碩士及以上學(xué)歷;生物學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè),有基因甲基化檢測(cè)、PCR和游離DNA相關(guān)項(xiàng)目研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

2、具備較好的文獻(xiàn)檢索和總結(jié)能力,能夠及時(shí)追蹤相關(guān)技術(shù)的最新進(jìn)展;

3、工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和一定的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力;

4、具備較好的溝通交流、領(lǐng)悟能力和較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心。

實(shí)驗(yàn)室高級(jí)測(cè)試工程師;1、必須有帶團(tuán)隊(duì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),英語(yǔ)流利;

2、5-10年的測(cè)試驗(yàn)證,實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

Responsibilities:

1、Studyandexecuteresearchandvalidationtestsforbatteryshellsandothernewproducts.

2、Supporttechnologycenterestablishing.

3、ExecuteValidationtestsforrefueling,venting,systemintegrationandmechanicalstrengthoffueltanksystemsinthemostprofessionalway,pertestspecificationsorbasedonagreementthewithrequesterCoordinateinternalandexternalfunctionaltestsregardingtiming,statusandcost.

4、Leadreportingandcorrectiveactiondiscussion,internallywiththecustomer.

5、Coordinatenationalandinternationaldevelopmentpartnersintheprojects.

6、Defineandspecifytestprocedures,equipmentandworkinstructionsfortestsinthefieldofprofessionincludingmechatronicstests.

7、CheckandevaluateproductandtestspecificationsinthequotationphaseSupportthesupervisorincalculatingtestandvalidationcostsforinternalandexternalquotation.

8、SupporttheTechnicalprojectleaderindesigningthesystemarchitecture.Providefunctionalexpertise.

9、SupportZero-Failure-StrategyreliablyandsubstantiallyEnsuresafetyandenvironmentprotectionatassignedfieldofactivity.Hostlab6Sifthesupervisorabsent.

10、EnsureknowledgeaboutandcompliancewithCustomerSpecific.Requirementsthroughoutyourteamandifnecessarydefinetrainingmeasures.

11、Extrarequirements:Electronicmodernlaboratoryexperienceispreferred.

Experience:

1、Bachelor,universitydegreeinEngineeringorTechnicalapprenticeship(e.g.Electronics,Mechatronics,NewEnergyEngineering,Physics)isrequired.

2、Jobexperienceinautomotiveindustryandelectronicsormechatronicsindustryisrequired.

3、GoodEnglishlanguageskills.

4、TestingandValidationexperienceiswelcome.

5、Computer-basedapplications(e.g.MSOffice).
