職責(zé)描述:

負(fù)責(zé)常規(guī)實(shí)驗(yàn)室及氣囊實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常管理工作,具體內(nèi)容如下

1.編制實(shí)驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)文件和實(shí)驗(yàn)計(jì)劃;

2.實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告的審核;

3.年度校驗(yàn)計(jì)劃,測量計(jì)劃,試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃,MSA計(jì)劃的編制;

4.負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn),測量異常分析處理;

5.跟蹤實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的整改并確認(rèn)整改的有效性;

6.CCC產(chǎn)品實(shí)驗(yàn)安排;

7.負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室人員管理,培訓(xùn)及績效考核;

8.氣囊爆破試驗(yàn)信息等與客戶及德國李爾進(jìn)行溝通與交流;

9.實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)監(jiān)控。

10.根據(jù)公司安全管理有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行安全及健康管理職責(zé)。

11.履行D/TLD安全存檔責(zé)任

任職要求:

1、熟悉質(zhì)量體系要求,特別是ISO/IEC17025;

2、熟悉MSA;

3、熟悉量檢具的校驗(yàn);

4、熟悉質(zhì)量工具,如SPC,QC7手法;

5、良好的管理溝通技巧;

6、良好的英語讀寫能力

實(shí)驗(yàn)室高級工程師崗位職責(zé)

實(shí)驗(yàn)室高級測試工程師;1、必須有帶團(tuán)隊(duì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),英語流利;

2、5-10年的測試驗(yàn)證,實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

Responsibilities:

1、Studyandexecuteresearchandvalidationtestsforbatteryshellsandothernewproducts.

2、Supporttechnologycenterestablishing.

3、ExecuteValidationtestsforrefueling,venting,systemintegrationandmechanicalstrengthoffueltanksystemsinthemostprofessionalway,pertestspecificationsorbasedonagreementthewithrequesterCoordinateinternalandexternalfunctionaltestsregardingtiming,statusandcost.

4、Leadreportingandcorrectiveactiondiscussion,internallywiththecustomer.

5、Coordinatenationalandinternationaldevelopmentpartnersintheprojects.

6、Defineandspecifytestprocedures,equipmentandworkinstructionsfortestsinthefieldofprofessionincludingmechatronicstests.

7、CheckandevaluateproductandtestspecificationsinthequotationphaseSupportthesupervisorincalculatingtestandvalidationcostsforinternalandexternalquotation.

8、SupporttheTechnicalprojectleaderindesigningthesystemarchitecture.Providefunctionalexpertise.

9、SupportZero-Failure-StrategyreliablyandsubstantiallyEnsuresafetyandenvironmentprotectionatassignedfieldofactivity.Hostlab6Sifthesupervisorabsent.

10、EnsureknowledgeaboutandcompliancewithCustomerSpecific.Requirementsthroughoutyourteamandifnecessarydefinetrainingmeasures.

11、Extrarequirements:Electronicmodernlaboratoryexperienceispreferred.

Experience:

1、Bachelor,universitydegreeinEngineeringorTechnicalapprenticeship(e.g.Electronics,Mechatronics,NewEnergyEngineering,Physics)isrequired.

2、Jobexperienceinautomotiveindustryandelectronicsormechatronicsindustryisrequired.

3、GoodEnglishlanguageskills.

4、TestingandValidationexperienceiswelcome.

5、Computer-basedapplications(e.g.MSOffice).

6、Commercialawareness.
