實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測工程師崗位職責(zé)

實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測工程師廣東偉仕達(dá)電器科技有限公司廣東偉仕達(dá)電器科技有限公司,偉仕達(dá)職責(zé):

1、根據(jù)部門經(jīng)理安排,安裝任務(wù)委托單,編寫相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品測試計(jì)劃、方案;

2、完成新產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)評(píng)審,安規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,根據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、編制測試大綱,檢驗(yàn)內(nèi)容和方法;

3、執(zhí)行測試工作,提交測試報(bào)告及原始記錄等相關(guān)的技術(shù)文檔;

4、對(duì)測試中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行分析,與開發(fā)人員討論缺陷解決方案;對(duì)不符合檢測工作進(jìn)行跟蹤,實(shí)施糾正和預(yù)防措施驗(yàn)證;

5、積極參與本專業(yè)的能力驗(yàn)證、實(shí)驗(yàn)室間比對(duì)工作和技術(shù)培訓(xùn),努力提高技術(shù)水平;

6、積極參與本專業(yè)的能力驗(yàn)證、實(shí)驗(yàn)室間對(duì)比工作和技術(shù)培訓(xùn),努力提高技術(shù)水平;

7、按主管安排的工作及時(shí)、高效、高質(zhì)的完成各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù);

8、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它事宜。

要求:

1、20--40歲,自動(dòng)化、電子、機(jī)械等相關(guān)專業(yè);

2、英語四級(jí)以上;

3、熟悉國際、國際家電標(biāo)準(zhǔn);熟悉電器檢測基礎(chǔ)理論;熟悉ISO/IEC17025實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可準(zhǔn)則等方面知識(shí);

4、有4-5年相同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

實(shí)驗(yàn)室高級(jí)測試工程師;1、必須有帶團(tuán)隊(duì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),英語流利;

2、5-10年的測試驗(yàn)證,實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

Responsibilities:

1、Studyandexecuteresearchandvalidationtestsforbatteryshellsandothernewproducts.

2、Supporttechnologycenterestablishing.

3、ExecuteValidationtestsforrefueling,venting,systemintegrationandmechanicalstrengthoffueltanksystemsinthemostprofessionalway,pertestspecificationsorbasedonagreementthewithrequesterCoordinateinternalandexternalfunctionaltestsregardingtiming,statusandcost.

4、Leadreportingandcorrectiveactiondiscussion,internallywiththecustomer.

5、Coordinatenationalandinternationaldevelopmentpartnersintheprojects.

6、Defineandspecifytestprocedures,equipmentandworkinstructionsfortestsinthefieldofprofessionincludingmechatronicstests.

7、CheckandevaluateproductandtestspecificationsinthequotationphaseSupportthesupervisorincalculatingtestandvalidationcostsforinternalandexternalquotation.

8、SupporttheTechnicalprojectleaderindesigningthesystemarchitecture.Providefunctionalexpertise.

9、SupportZero-Failure-StrategyreliablyandsubstantiallyEnsuresafetyandenvironmentprotectionatassignedfieldofactivity.Hostlab6Sifthesupervisorabsent.

10、EnsureknowledgeaboutandcompliancewithCustomerSpecific.Requirementsthroughoutyourteamandifnecessarydefinetrainingmeasures.

11、Extrarequirements:Electronicmodernlaboratoryexperienceispreferred.

Experience:

1、Bachelor,universitydegreeinEngineeringorTechnicalapprenticeship(e.g.Electronics,Mechatronics,NewEnergyEngineering,Physics)isrequired.

2、Jobexperienceinautomotiveindustryandelectronicsormechatronicsindustryisrequired.

3、GoodEnglishlanguageskills.

4、TestingandValidationexperienceiswelcome.

5、Computer-basedapplications(e.g.MSOffice).
