職位設置主要目的MainObjectives

協助組建技術中心和工廠實驗室的測試和開發能力,對德國標準實驗方法進行引入,并實現于設備之中,包括新設備的采購,開發新的實驗方法等。管理現有設備的維護、保養、標定等一系列事物,組織安排設備培訓,管理能力矩陣。關注設備安全,數據安全。SupportondevelopcompetenceofTC3(Techcenter3)andplantlabs,introducetechnologyfromGermanyandimplementedintoequipment.Jobsincludingnewequipmentpurchasing,newtestmethodsolutionandsoon.Equipmentmanagementincludingrepair,maintenance,calibration.Othertestlikeequipmenttraining,operationmatrix,safety,datesecurityandsoon

主要職責KeyResponsibilities

工作職責內容KeyResponsibilities

1.作為組建技術中心最重要的一部分,跟蹤設備采購全過程,從初始的技術要求,與內部外部的供應商進行協調溝通,跟蹤制造,安裝調試以及最終的設備驗收AsamainjobofTC3building,followupthecompleteprocessofpurchasing,e.g.specificationwritten,technicaldiscussionwithsupplier,followupmanufactureprocess,debugging,installationandfinalacceptance.

2.為建立測試能力,引入德國的標準化實驗技術,吸收與消化,協調供應商或ZF內部組織實現設備功能,并進行調試和運用Buildupcompetenceinlocalteam,introducestandardtestingtechnologyfromGermany,understandit,andcoordinatewithsupplierorZFinternaltofulfilthefunctionality.Makeutilizationofthem.

3.負責實驗室和樣品車間的已有設備的管理工作,合理組織保養,維護,保持良好的設備運行狀態Managetheexistingequipmentintestlabandprototypeworkshop,organizemaintenance,repair,keepallequipmentinagoodrunningcondition

4.深入研究設備內部技術,了解設備內部部件,有能力對設備做出問題排查及維修。Godeepintoinsidemachinetechnology,understandaboutkeycomponents,beabletomakediagnoseoftestrigandmakesomerepairjobbyourselvesifnecessary.

5.組織設備的標定,實施部分專用設備的內校Organizethecalibrationofequipment,implementsomeinternalcalibrationworkbyourselvesforspecialmachines

6.編寫和管理設備文檔,進行合理的修訂和發放Writtenandmanageequipmentdocuments,edit,revise,release.

7.對實驗室和樣品車間人員組織設備的操作、保養等培訓,作相關的記錄,管理能力矩陣Organizetrainingofoperation,maintenanceorotherequipmenttopics.Recordindocument.Managetheoperationmatrixforpeople

8.聯絡設施管理部門,以獲得足夠設施方面的支持Closecontactwithfacilitydepartment,togetenoughsupportfromTGApoint

9.作為安全管理的負責人,組織安排安全相關的事宜Assafetyresponsiblepersoninthedepartment,organizeallstaffrelatedtosafety

10.IPC的管理,文檔備份,服務器管理等ManageIPCinthedepartment,e.g.databackup,serveradministrator

職位任職條件BasicRequirements

工作經歷Workingexperience3年以上測試設備相關領域從業經驗3yearsoraboverelatedworkingexperienceintestingequipmentfield

教育水平Education自動化、機電一體化、液壓伺服專業本科以上學歷Bachelororabovedegreeinautomation,electronicorservohydraulicrelatedmajor.

英語水平English有一定聽說讀寫能力Englishcommunicationskillsverbalandinwriting

計算機應用水平Computer熟練運用辦公軟件EfficientapplicationinMicrosoft專業資格Qualification

實驗室高級測試工程師;1、必須有帶團隊的經驗,英語流利;

2、5-10年的測試驗證,實驗室工作經驗;

Responsibilities:

1、Studyandexecuteresearchandvalidationtestsforbatteryshellsandothernewproducts.

2、Supporttechnologycenterestablishing.

3、ExecuteValidationtestsforrefueling,venting,systemintegrationandmechanicalstrengthoffueltanksystemsinthemostprofessionalway,pertestspecificationsorbasedonagreementthewithrequesterCoordinateinternalandexternalfunctionaltestsregardingtiming,statusandcost.

4、Leadreportingandcorrectiveactiondiscussion,internallywiththecustomer.

5、Coordinatenationalandinternationaldevelopmentpartnersintheprojects.

6、Defineandspecifytestprocedures,equipmentandworkinstructionsfortestsinthefieldofprofessionincludingmechatronicstests.

7、CheckandevaluateproductandtestspecificationsinthequotationphaseSupportthesupervisorincalculatingtestandvalidationcostsforinternalandexternalquotation.

8、SupporttheTechnicalprojectleaderindesigningthesystemarchitecture.Providefunctionalexpertise.

9、SupportZero-Failure-StrategyreliablyandsubstantiallyEnsuresafetyandenvironmentprotectionatassignedfieldofactivity.Hostlab6Sifthesupervisorabsent.

Experience:
