職責描述:
協助項目經理,完善國家重點實驗室管理體系建設,合理分配和利用國家重點實驗室內各項資源,完成科技部下達的各項任務,完成國家重點實驗室相關課題項目管理和實驗室其他工作,保證國家重點實驗室各項工作的正常運轉。
任職要求:
1、碩士以上學歷,中藥學、中藥藥理、中藥分析或天然藥物化學等中藥相關專業;
2、1年以上研發管理經驗,具備良好的項目管理技能;
3、具有良好的分析和解決問題能力、創新能力、團隊合作精神。

JobResponsibilities
?Initiateandcompletecustomaryprocedures,casesubmissionsandprojectsinanefficientmannerwithsupervision;Operateandisresponsibleforlabequipment.
?Labtestingrolesincludingsamplereceiving,storage,testingandinformationentryintoLIMS.
?Demonstratetechnicalabilitytoassistintheexecutionofnon-routineexperimentsandprocedureswithsupervision.
?Demonstratetheabilitytocorrectlyanalyzeandinterpretoutcomeofexperiments.
?Complywithapplicableregulations,performingallworkinasafemanner;maintainsproperrecordsinaccordancewithSOPsandpolicies.
?Maintainsafeandcleanworkingenvironmentbycomplyingwithprocedures,rules,andregulations.
