篇3:信息技術服務崗位職責

信息技術主管(服務器數據庫)外貿信托中國對外經濟貿易信托有限公司,中化信托,中經信托,外貿信托職責描述:

1.負責保障公司總部及各區域總部IT基礎設施(服務器及數據庫)與信息安全體系的建設與日常運行;

2.根據監管部門、集團和公司要求完善機房、硬件、數據備份和安全體系建設。具體包括總部機房管理維護;硬件服務器設備(含小型機服務器、PC服務器)、存儲設備、集群相關設備、安全設備等的采購、部署、維護和管理;輔助制定相關規章制度,建立統一的標準;與集團相關部門保持緊密溝通與協作。

3.主要負責保障已投產的基礎設施設備日常正常運轉,重點關注機房管理和服務器管理、服務器操作系統管理、數據庫系統管理和數據備份管理等。

4.協助收集客戶體驗反饋,支持基礎設施系統優化。與內外部機構或部門保持良好的溝通(或執行管理),具體包括:部門內部應用運維管理崗位和開發實施管理崗位、內外部用戶、集團IT部門、乙方或IT廠商運維支持人員等。

5.編寫相關系統操作手冊,系統部署手冊。

任職要求:

(一)學歷:計算機科學與技術、計算機及應用、信息管理與信息系統、軟件工程等相關專業。大本(含)以上學歷。

(二)知識技能:

1.熟悉機房建設和管理工作,有B級以上機房建設或管理經驗者優先;

2.熟練掌握信息安全相關知識,具備相關領域技能;

3.了解winodwsserver環境下集群系統集成及維護者優先;

4.了解SQLServer日常維護及集群環境下的搭建及維護者優先;

5.掌握linux、AIX、DB2、WAS、Oracle、Weblogic系統管理者優先;

6.熟練掌握MS服務器和桌面系統的安裝與維護;

7.具有機房管理、數據庫管理相關認證、信息化管理相關考試認證資格者優先;

8.兩年以上相關行業工作經驗或同類崗位工作經驗優先。

(三)能力

1.有一定的分析能力,具備良好的工作心態,能較好的處理臨時出現的問題;

2.擁有踏實、務實的工作精神,為人正直,吃苦耐勞;
